We, the Veolia Companies in Romania, act as joint Controllers of your data when we process data through the cookies placed on the Site.


"Third party" means any other natural or legal person, except you or the Data Controllers ( the Veolia companies in Romania) .


User” means any natural person accessing our Site. Throughout this document we will use the term User or we will refer directly to you - as a User of our Site.


Veolia Group” means any company or other organisation in which Veolia Environnement SA owns more than 30% of the share capital

         1.    Who are we and how do we manage our website and the Cookies? 
The Veolia companies in Romania are acting as Joint Controllers and they are managing the website through their service provider Drupal (part of the Dries Buytaert group). This company acts as a Data processor.
