The Veolia Group has created in Romania a network of customer service centers for services related to the supply of drinking water and sewerage, allowing direct contact with the customers. The working time of the customer center is adapted to the requirements of customers who receive all the information related to the services provided.

In Romania Veolia provides water and sewerage services to over 2.2 million people in Bucharest, Ploieşti and Otopeni.
 
The establishment and maintenance of good relations with our customers is closely connected to the relations developed at corporate level between the Veolia divisions.
 
Specific customer service actions were supported in 2013 by special communication campaigns, developed and implemented so as to contribute to the attainment of the set objectives. These campaigns support the presentation of both the customer benefits through the responsible use of Veolia services, and the Company’s activity.
 
In 2013 Veolia launched a new service in Bucharest: the online payment of bills issued for the water supply and/or sewerage services.
 
The online payment represents a safe way of saving time, while offering flexibility and comfort.
 
Configured after the model of online accounts used by the Veolia subsidiaries, the Veolia online platform for Bucharest offers the following online services:
             • Contractual data viewing;
             • The viewing of the last six issued bills;
             • The option of bill downloading in .pdf format;
             • The online payment option;
             • The history of payments made during the last year;
             • The online account administration area.
